It is perhaps not easy to assess when poetry through Urdu mushairas became established in the Hindi Kavi Sammelan. Today’s truth is that every third poet is try to reciting poetry in the Kavi Sammelan. Perhaps this is the reason why most of the poets who turn to Kavi Sammelan are reciting good couplets. It seems as if a long queue of young poets is waiting to be established in the Hindi Kavi Sammelan. But some people do not come through the queues, They knock directly on the window.

उर्दू के मुशायरों से होती हुई शायरी कब हिंदी के कवि सम्मेलन में स्थापित हो गई इसका आँकलन करना शायद आसान नहीं है | आज का सच यह है कि हर तीसरा कवि कवि सम्मेलन में शायरी सूना रहा है | शायद यही कारण है कि कवि सम्मेलन की तरफ रुख करने वाले अधिकतर कवि अच्छे शेर कह रहे हैं | नौजवान शायरों की एक लम्बी क़तार जैसे हिंदी कवि सम्मेलन में स्थापित होने के लिए इंतज़ार कर रही है | लेकिन कुछ लोग कतारों से होकर नहीं आते वह सीधे खिड़की पर दस्तक देते हैं |
चिराग शर्मा ने अपनी पहचान शायरी के माध्यम से मुशायरों में बनाई है | लेकिन वह धीरे-धीरे अब कवि सम्मेलन में दस्तक दे रहे हैं | जश्न-ए-रेख़्ता से होते हुए दुबई के वैभवशाली मंच तक पहुँचना इतना भी आसान नहीं होता | पहुँच भी जाओ तो वहाँ ठहरना आसान नहीं होता | केलिन काम अगर कायदे का हो तो लोगों को रास्ता छोड़ना पड़ता है |
पिछले चार-पांच वर्षों के अपने शायरी के सफ़र में चिराग शर्मा ने कई छोटे-बड़े मकाम तय किये हैं | जिनमें प्रमुख है भारत के अति प्रतिष्ठित शिक्षा संस्थानों जैसे IIT, IIM में अपनी शायरी से युवा पीढ़ी को प्रभावित करना | चिराग इस हुनर के माहिर हैं | वह निरंतर मुशायरों और कवि सम्मेलन में लोकप्रिय हो रहे हैं |
Chirag Sharma has made his mark in Mushairas through poetry. But now He is slowly knocking at the door on the Kavi Sammelan. It is not so easy to reach the magnificent stage of Dubai via Jashn-E-Rekhta. Even if you reach there, It is not easy to stay there. If the work is done according to Norm then people have to leave the path.
In his poetry journey of last four-five years, Chirag Sharma has achieved many big and small milestones. The main one is to influence the young generation with his poetry in India’s most prestigious educational institutions like IIT, IIM. Chirag is an expert in this skill. He is continuously becoming popular in mushairas and Kavi Sammelan.
